Worca helps companies seamlessly discover and secure top talent in Asia, enabling mutual growth and seamless team collaboration. As designers, we were commissioned to design its talent management platform.

We set out to design an HR platform that makes it easy for users to manage talent and payroll. We also created a design system that shows how the platform works. Thanks to the team’s speed and flexibility, we were able to design in an agile way.
