Research
We start by deeply understanding your users and market. Combining methods such as user interviews, surveys, analytics and competitor research, we gather information and carefully unpack who your users are, in what situations, and what challenges they face.

Definition
Based on what we’ve learned, we make clear what needs to be solved, and for whom. We organize user personas, customer journeys and the structure of the problem, and align the team on the project’s direction. The foundation laid here shapes every step that follows.
